What an odd hand this was. Both players to my right limp in...the turn comes, seat 1 bets, seat 2 calls. River...seat 1 bets all in...seat 2 thinks about it....calls. They turn over their cards...no one notices until I catch it...Royal Flush vs. Aces full of Jacks. In most casinos where poker is played they offer what is called a JACKPOT. If an Aces full of Jacks or better loses and both pocket cards play...the whole table wins a JACKPOT. Losing hand gets 50%, winning hand gets 25% and the rest of the table splits 25%. I took home $1600 from the table split. The losing hand took home close to $23K.
